A little bit about me

Hi, I’m Rachida Benamar, a London-based entrepreneur, coach, workshop facilitator, motivational speaker, and writer.

I have presented career and business talks and workshops at companies such as The Office Group, FORA, Uncommon, General Assembly, and WeWork and contributed to articles as a career expert featured in Forbes, Yahoo Finance, NatWest Business Hub, and The Huffington Post.

My stationery brand, Rama Publishing, creates products to educate and inspire customers and has stockists worldwide including Anthropologie, Papersmiths, and Moderna Museet. Our designs have also been nominated for top industry awards.

I also launched Rama Law - a community for law students to meet their peers, enjoy free skills workshops, and access career mentoring to give them a competitive edge in the saturated legal sector.

I am passionate about mentoring and am a proud European Mentoring & Coaching Council member. I also mentor pro-bono for The Diana Award and Team London, helping career departments advise students more effectively.

After completing my Master of Laws at University College London, (specialising in Human Rights and Criminal Process) I trained to become a career coach while living in Australia. I also have counselling skills training (CPCAB Level 2) which I use to assist clients during coaching sessions.
